As the mom of three young children, one with special needs, you can understand the worry and exhaustion that comes along with the joy and laughter. With the majority of our oldest daughter, Catherines seizures being in the middle of the night, you can imagine that this Mama not only has increased worry at night time, but also sleeps pretty terribly. I got to the point that I was hearing phantom noises, thinking I could hear her seizing on the monitor when she wasn’t, but the only thing that could calm me was to go to her room and touch her, to physically feel with my hands that she was not shaking. However, I could not take any type of sleep aids, because I needed to be alert and capable of responding to her need. So in February of this year, when I got my hands on my first bottle of Green Compass CBD, the company I knew I could trust, this Mama began sleeping in a way I hadn’t in 9 years!! The true test though was one night when she had a seizure, not only was I able to respond alert and clear headed, but once I returned to my bed I did not feel the typical adrenaline rush and heart racing.
